After 160 years of market stability, the firm found itself in the middle of a market transformation characterised by the transition from paper to digital based processes. The client’s business vision statement was “to remain the world leader in the manufacturing” using innovation by becoming a data-led organisation. The fundamental building block is achieving a modern digital infrastructure using ‘Think Cloud’ approach.
